Angelo (Junxing) Lan

He recently completed his Master of Environmental Management at the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies focusing on clean energy and climate change. His professional goal is to push for sustainable business practices globally, especially in the development of clean energy and management of greenhouse gas emission. 
With strong technical background in quantitative analysis and database management, he is doing research and 
analysis on energy and climate change. He also has experience in sustainability consulting to support projects on carbon emission reduction, corporate sustainability strategies and environmental risk management
.
 

Gao Yufang

Gao is Executive Director of the Everest Snow Leopard Conservation Center and Research Affiliate with the Yale Large Carnivore Group. He holds a B.S. in Biology from Peking University and an M.E.Sc from the Yale Schoo
l of Forestry & Environmental Studies. He is passionate about interdisciplinary research and practice of wildlife conse
rvation. Since 2008, Gao has been working on various conservation issues in China especially on the Tibetan Plateau. He has also conducted extensive research about the international ivory trade and is actively engaged in the conservation of African elephants. He is now leading an innovative initiative that aims to promote the coexistence between snow leopards and local residents along the northern slopes of the Great Himalayan Region. 
 
 

Lin Shi

 
Lin Shi is a graduate of F&ES Class 2014 with a study focus on Industrial Ecology. She is currently working as an environmental analyst in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her pervious experience involves clean energy market analysis and energy efficiency implementation as an Environmental Defense Fund Climate Corps Fellow. Through her work in energy and with industries, she has developed a deep interest in resource efficiency and the critical role that international corporations could play. 
 

 

 

William (Niancen) Miao

William is a strategy & operations consulting analyst at Deloitte Consulting, working with major clients internationally.
Prior to this role, he served as a sustainable engineering fellow atSkidmore Owings & Merrill. My main responsibility involved uncovering, analyzing and promoting energy efficiency opportunities within SOM-designed buildings in Downtown Chicago. He recently graduated with a Master in Environmental Management (MEM) from Yale University, focusing on operations efficiency and environmental risk management.
 

 

 

Yiting Wang

 
Yiting is a consultant with the World Wildlife Fund working on greening China’s investment 

and trade in commodities especially in Africa. She has worked to mobilize youth for global climate actions, promote renewable energies and advocate for global environmental governance reforms with organizations such as CYCAN, Center for Science and Environment, United Nations Environmental Program, Natural Resources Defense Council. While interning at UNEP in Nairobi, she was also drawn to the resourcefulness of young Kenyans who were bringing clean energy systems into their communities. She co-founded the Rural Energy Enterprises Network to galvanize external partners and resources to enhance efforts by local youth groups across Kenya in fostering sustainable enterprises. She has also conducted extensive field research in East Africa and India and published articles, assessing rural sustainable energy programs and the appropriateness of carbon finance. She has a master’s of environment science from Yale University and graduated from Mount Holyoke College (Summa Cum Laude in Environmental Studies and minor in international relations).
