Tianjie has been involved in policy analysis and environmental advocacy in China for over a decade. He is currently managing editor for China Dialogue in Beijing, and is also the the founder and editor of Panda Paw Dragon Claw, a blog “started by those who aim to tell a better story about China’s involvement beyond its borders.” Before joining China Dialogue, he was Greenpeace’s Program Director for Mainland China, where he was a regular commentator on China’s environmental challenges contributing to a range of media organizations. He holds a master’s degree in environmental policy from American University, Washington D.C.
